Here is how to sign up for WholeScripts:

  1. Go to www.wholescripts.com/patients
  2. In the upper right corner of the screen choose the register button.
  3. On the next screen choose “Register as a patient.”
  4. You will then need to enter the referral code “FOCUS”   and the practitioner’s last name: Oconnell.
  5. Provide the other information such as email, address, phone.
  6. Create a password.
  7. Complete your registration.

You can now access the entire catalog for Wholescripts.  You can also set up an autoship order if you prefer to have your products automatically delivered each month, two months, etc.

Here is how to sign up for Metagenics:

  1. Go to www.metagenics.com
  2. In the upper right corner of the screen choose “Create an Account”.
  3. Provide your personal information.
  4. Use code: JOCONNELL
  5. Create a password.
  6. Your registration is complete.

  2. In the upper right corner of the screen choose “Login”.
  3. Choose “Need an Account”.
  4. Choose “Patient”.
  5. Enter Practitioner Code:  OCOMD
  6. Enter your personal information.
  7. Complete your registration.
